Quotation Status | GoFreight Help Center

 

The GoFreight Quotation feature offers eight status types to help your Sales team track the progress of each quotation. These statuses can be updated either manually or automatically through system triggers.

Draft → Sent
Triggered when an email is successfully sent.

Draft → Won
Triggered when a shipment/booking/invoice is created from the quotation.

Sent → Won
Triggered when a shipment/booking/invoice is created from the quotation.

Expired
Automatically applied when the quotation validity period ends. Please note that the expiration status only updates once a day.

Note: 

The GoFreight system will automatically scan the Valid Date in Basic Information and Valid Date in Freight Rate once a day.
